Welcome
I am a Registered Psychologist located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia offering individual therapy services to youth (16+) and adults residing in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. I provide psychological treatment for the following issues: anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment issues related to life transitions, issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity, school and workplace stress, self-esteem, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, trauma, and grief.
I also offer specialized treatment for perinatal mental health issues including depression and anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum (also known as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders), issues related to infertility, perinatal grief and loss, and reproductive trauma. I have a special interest in maternal and paternal mental health and the challenges experienced by new and expectant parents during the perinatal period.
